Originating from Mill River, PEI, Shawn Hogan spent a decade performing and producing in Toronto before FINALLY returning to the Maritimes. He’s made three consecutive national television appearances at the Halifax Comedy Festival, been a featured comedian on CBC Radio’s Laugh Out Loud and The Debaters, and was hand-picked to open for Gerry Dee on his national Best Medicine Tour.

This August, Hogan brings his one-person show to the Stompin’ Tom Centre — one of PEI’s most iconic stages. Fresh off a debut album recording and drawing on stories from his “Dear PEI” community fundraising tour, expect a night of laughs and stories that span the full arc of his career: a mix of the material that’s earned its place on stage, along with brand new works in development being performed live for the first time.
